E! NEWS EXCLUSIVE: How Well Do Grey's Anatomy's Ellen Pompeo & Justin Chambers Really Know Each Other?

E! NEWS  http://www.eonline.com/news/831438/how-well-do-grey-s-anatomy-s-ellen-pompeo-justin-chambers-really-know-each-other

When you work together for 13 years, playing one another's best friend, you learn a thing or two about the person you're sharing the screen with. Or so you'd think.

When E! News visited the Grey's Anatomy set, we thought we'd put that theory to the test as we challenged stars Ellen Pompeo and Justin Chambers to a little game we like to call Co-Star Confidential. Are the actors as close as bed-sharing besties Meredith and Alex? Does Ellen know Justin's go-to craft services snack? Does Justin know how Ellen takes her coffee? And do they agree on who's dressing room is messier? There's only one way to find out.

In tonight's new episode of the long-running ABC soap, Alex finally returns to Grey-Sloan Memorial now that the assault case against him has been dropped (thanks to a convenient change of story from his victim DeLuca), only to discover just how much has changed since he left, while Meredith is still suspended and still challenging Bailey (Chandra Wilson) over her decision to hand the teaching program over to Eliza (guest star Marika Dominczyk).

Meanwhile, Jo (Camilla Luddington) has to make a difficult decision on a case, while Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) tries to keep her distance from Eliza, despite their easy chemistry. Something tells us she's going to have a hard time with that.

For more from our visit to the Grey's set, be sure to tune in to E! News tonight at 7 and 11 p.m.

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on ABC.

Highly Suspect
release official video for GRAMMY nominated song;
My Name Is Human via Vanity Fair
starring CHLOE BRIDGES of Pretty Little Liars
sophomore album, The Boy Who Died Wolf available now via 300 Ent

“A lot of people think the song is about being a human,” Stevens tells Vanity Fair via email. “I believe some of us aren’t human at all. Or at least not completely, but that is still our name. At some point in the last couple hundred years something changed. The androids, the aliens. . . They aren’t coming. We are here. A molecule can enter our atmosphere and change the entire worlds genetic makeup without anyone taking notice. You think little green men are the aliens? My ‘name’ is human. And Chloe Bridges rules.”
- Highly Suspect frontman, Johnny Stephens

Highly Suspect and Vanity Fair partnered today to release the official video for the band's GRAMMY nominated song, 'My Name Is Human'. The song was number one at rock radio for a number of months and was nominated this year in the Best Rock Song category among legends David Bowie, Metallica, Radiohead, and Twenty One Pilots.

The video stars lead singer Johnny Stevens and Pretty Little Liars actress Chloe Bridges, who has also starred in The Carrie Diaries, The Final Girls, and more. Marc Klasfeld, who has worked on videos for Jay-Z, Fun., Katy Perry, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, directed the video, employing the use of heavy post-production and special effects.

The band is heading on a national headlining tour which is already selling out. Please let me know if you have any questions about the music video or want to catch the band while on tour.

The world of nutrition science has been turned on its head after studies running 5 years on over 7,400 individuals showed that certain foods slashed diabetes and heart disease by an incredible 30%, prevented weight gain and halted early death – all independent of calorie, carbohydrate or fat intake.* I’m eating like a king these days thanks to The Sirtfood Diet. — Conor McGregor, two-weight world UFC champion Research shows these foods belong to a special group of plant foods called Sirtfoods, which activate a family of genes in the body, called sirtuins – the same genes activated by fasting and exercise. Foods belonging to this wonder group include walnuts, extra virgin olive oil, turmeric, strawberries, red wine, coffee, and dark chocolate. Nutritional medicine experts Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten tested a Sirtfood rich diet at their clinic in Britain’s most exclusive private members’ health club, KX, where members include Adele, Daniel Craig, Pippa Middleton, Madonna and several royals. Members experienced rapid fat loss of 7 pounds in 7 days, kept it off, and reported surges in wellbeing and energy. Joseph will kick off a North American headline tour tonight with a concert at George's Majestic in Fayetteville, AR. The run - which will include shows at Constellation Room in Santa Ana (April 13), The Independent in San Francisco (April 23) and a hometown show at Portland's Crystal Ballroom (April 28) - comes on the heels of the band's successful European outing, which included a sold-out show at London's Union Chapel.

In addition to the headline dates, thetrio of sisters will open for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in late May when the "Soul2Soul" world tour comes to arenas in the Pacific Northwest. Joseph will also perform at many 2017 festivals, including Coachella, Hangout, Bonnaroo and Forecastle. See below for itinerary.Tickets are available athttp://smarturl.it/josephtour.

The band is touring in support of its new album, I'm Alone, No You're Not (ATO Records), which spent two weeks at No. 1 on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums chart and was voted as one of 2016's top albums by NPR listeners. Cumulative streams for the album's tracks now surpass 18 million on Spotify.

Lead single "White Flag" topped Billboard's Adult Alternative Songs radio airplay chart and is currently climbing at Alternative radio. It has more than 10 million streams on Spotify Streams for the Top 20 AAA hit "SOS (Overboard)" now exceed four million. View Joseph performing "White Flag" on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" HERE and on "Later...with Jools Holland" HERE. The band has also performed on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," "Conan," "CBS This Morning Saturday" and NPR's "Tiny Desk Concert." In 2016, Joseph toured with James Bay and Michael Kiwanuka and played numerous headline shows, including a sold-out night at New York City's Bowery Ballroom.

Reviewing a recent show, the Philly Voice said, "With the precision of master harmonizers, the [sisters] delivered rich vocals one song after another to an adoring World Café Live crowd. Super catchy 'SOS (Overboard)' was eaten up to its candy core by everyone in attendance as were the rest of the audio confections they served up."

"The members of Portland trio Joseph - sisters Natalie, Allison and Meegan Closner - blend their voices in the eerily close way that only siblings seem able to accomplish," said NPR, praising their mix of "swoony delicacy and punchy anthems." PAPER praised Joseph's "dark folk-pop that will make you cry (in the best, most cathartic way possible)." BUST observed, "Joseph has certainly arrived, and this is one sister act whose talent will stand the test of time."
