The time has come for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's parents to meet. 

E! News has learned the American star and her British beau enjoyed afternoon tea on Wednesday with Markle's mother Doria Ragland and Prince Harry's father and stepmother, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, marking the first time the parents have met each other. The roughly one-hour meeting took place at Clarence House, Charles and Camilla's official residence in London.

E! News has learned it was a jolly affair. Everyone got on very well and it was a happy day.

Meanwhile, it's understood that Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla have met Meghan several times before. Additionally, the Duchess of Cornwall has met with Markle privately for lunch in the days leading up to her nuptials.

It seems Markle has gotten her soon-to-be in-laws' stamp of approval as Prince Charles thinks she is charming and very bright and Duchess Camilla believes Markle has made a great start in becoming a member of the family. 

While the bride and groom's lives continue to merge this week, Markle has had to carry on in the pre-wedding festivities without the presence of her father, Thomas Markle, who was initially scheduled to attend the wedding and walk her down the aisle at St. George's Chapel on Saturday.

However, following a paparazzi scandal last week and heart surgery on Wednesday, Markle confirmed on Thursday that he will no longer be joining them for the big day. 

"Sadly, my father will not be attending our wedding," she said in a statement. "I have always cared for my father and hope he can be given the space he needs to focus on his health."

As she continued, "I would like to thank everyone who has offered generous messages of support. Please know how much Harry and I look forward to sharing our special day with you on Saturday."

The preparations continued on Thursday with a rehearsal of the procession outside of Windsor Castle. Meanwhile, Meghan and Prince Harry were spotted for the first time this month arriving to the castle, where they're expected to meet with Queen Elizabeth II over tea.

This week was a fashion frenzy! 

On the latest episode of Fashion Police, the panel left sunny Los Angeles and braved the snow in New York City for Fashion Week! 

Overall, the judges loved Elizabeth Bank's dress for the Berlin International Film Festival. She was Kathy Griffin and Giuliana Rancic's best dressed of the week! G, even looked into the camera and asked Elizabeth if she can have the dress! Heidi Klum however, didn't impress the judges in her white mini dress. Kelly even said, "She looks like Liberace's toilet cleaner. Sorry, it's too much." 

The first guest of the night was model Gigi Hadid and she dished on her friendships with huge stars including fellow super model pals, Kendall Jenner and Cara Delevingne!

She also talked to the Fashion Police about her boyfriend Cody Simpson, which brought up a hilarious story from Kathy...

The team also included Gigi on another round of #Fashtag! They talked about some of the wildest celebrity pictures of the week and gave them their own unique fashion-related hashtag. Gigi uses "#KinkyBoots" for one of them! Watch the segment below to see more: 

Naomi Campbell was the second celebrity to stop by the show! She talked to the judges about her career in modeling and her exciting runway show this year at New York Fashion Week!  Her show raised funds as well as awareness for the Ebola disease. Naomi herself walked the catwalk along with major celebrities including our very own Kelly Osbourne and Brad Goreski! 

Next week, it's the biggest fashion hurrah for award season... The Academy Awards! We can hardly wait to see what all of our favorite stars wear on the red carpet!

Held in Central Park, Ralph Lauren’s new Polo line for women presented its Spring’15 collection during New York Fashion Week in a revolutionary runway event: a water-screen projection that towered above Manhattan’s Central Park, fusing fashion, art and technology. Hundreds of spectators, including celebrities, famous runway faces and fashion editors, gathered on the Cherry Hill lawn on the west side of the park for a sensory experience that uses innovative technology that could forever change the landscape for a fashion show. Ralph Lauren Polo models – appearing like beautiful mirages using four-story-tall holographic effects – wore outfits embracing the eclectic spirit of the brand, mixing the edge of New York and Paris, and the sunset colours and patterns of the Adirondacks. Chapel Hill, N.C. – Artwear Designs, an established fashion company that provides art-based apparel to the younger generation, seeks to raise $10,000 by May 28, 2014. Co-founded by full-time undergraduates, Natalia Gonzalez Chavez and Lisa Marie Myers, Artwear Designs needs funding to take its mission to the next level. Chavez and Myers hope to add more artists’ designs to the Artwear collection, including one artist from each state. Funding will also help purchase inventory and storage space, pay for legal and accounting costs, expand the style selections for current and future designs and offset the costs of being recently being selected to sponsor the Teen Choice Awards, an exclusive opportunity that only allows a limited number of companies to showcase their products.

“Artwear Designs bridges art and fashion by taking art out of its traditional setting and onto the streets through wearable art,” said co-founder and CEO Natalia Gonzalez Chavez. Her partner, co-founder Lisa Marie Myers adds, “We recruit and collaborate young, undiscovered artists, take a piece of artwork out of their portfolio and screen print it on American-made clothing.” Their mission is to create wearable art that is stylish, affordable and accessible to young consumers.

Currently, Artwear Designs utilizes artwork from eight artists in eight cities across the United States. The artwork represented caters to different tastes by using a variety of art mediums including photography, watercolors, ink drawings and oil paints. This venture provides trend setting, American-made and manufactured apparel while exposing people to fabulous art. It also supports undiscovered American artists who may struggle to make ends meet. Artwear artists receive a share of the profits from the sale of apparel with their individual designs.

To encourage support for the Artwear Designs campaign, donors can choose from eleven pledge levels, ranging from $1 to $1,000. A limited, featured $50 perk (only 10 are available) includes two crop tops from the Premiere collection and a handwritten thank you note from the co-founders. The $1,000 pledge will get a contributor any ten shirts from the Premiere collection as well as original artwork by Brooklyn or Chapel Hill artists, a surprise necklace, a Morning Brigade CD, a 20 percent off coupon for use on the website, a thank you note and the ability to have a local artist (from the contributor’s hometown) or one from a chosen American city, featured as an Artwear Artist for the next collection.
